At the beginning, each page has exactly one scene, also called "clip". This allows you to add as many additional scenes as you wish. Scenes can be understood as "sub" pages; they have the same size as the original page ("root page"). For instance, scenes are used to depict more complex animations or display different versions of a page.

Each scene contains its own elements, animations, and events. You can define scene transitions between scenes.

Below the stage is a list of scenes, eg the overview (1) for all scenes in a page or composition. Scenes run in succession (from left to right) by default. However, by using  events  (eg jumps to certain scenes) or adjustments to scene transitions, as many jumps and paths as you wish can be described.

Samples for different scene concepts you can find in Purple DS Composer, eg Picture Gallery or Audio Player.
