1. Create the issue and include placeholder pages which will be replaced by regional / categorized content. This diagram outlines the pagination:
Note: If you do not want to create personalized content for all regions or categories, you can include general content on the placeholder pages. These placeholder pages are displayed when readers select the "General" category when opening the app for the first time.
2. In separate projects, create and save the regional / categorized pages. For example; North, South, East and West - you would get 4 extra projects in addition to the main issue. The separate projects should contain only the respective regional pages. Name the project files reflective of the region
3. Then the placeholder pages are set and alias pages named accordingly. See here for instructions
